At The Ghost Studs, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure your order arrives as expected. Please review our refund terms carefully.

When Refunds Are Eligible

We offer a complete refund within 90 days of purchase only in the following cases:

• If you ordered a pair of earrings but only one earring arrives.

• If your order arrives damaged or broken.

Conditions

• Refunds are only available if we are notified within 48 hours after you have collected your parcel from delivery.

• You must contact us at theghoststuds@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.

• Once verified, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in cases outside of the scenarios listed above, including (but not limited to):

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing or style ordered

• Delays in shipping caused by external factors (weather, customs, courier delays)

• Wear and tear after use
